Rollover Accident on Hwy 50 at Groveland City Limit

At approx 3:30 pm today Lake County Fire and Rescue, Groveland FD, & Clermont Police responded to a rollover accident involving a single vehicle. The accident occurred on west bound Hwy 50 just passed the “Groveland City Limits” sign.

Responders worked for 30-45 minutes to get the passenger free from the vehicle.

I spoke to the husband of the driver who told me that his wife was okay and that she was gong to be taken to a local hospital to confirm that there were no serious injury.
