It’s going to be a busy Saturday in Groveland. There are tons of family friendly activities scheduled. This big event will include the Elf Run 5K, followed by a ribbon-cutting & grand opening of the new Downtown Festival Park. There will be food trucks, holiday crafts, a free kids’ zone with fun activities, live entertainment and more.
The Elf Run 5K will start the festivities at Groveland’s new park. The event will begin at 9AM at Groveland Downtown Festival Park (located at Crittenden St & N. Main St) and will follow Sampey Rd to SR 50 and head back west to the park. Followed by the awards ceremony at 10:00 AM.
Ending with the 27th annual Christmas parade and tree lighting ceremony.
