South Lake Hospital Opens Free Standing Emergency Center at Four Corners

We are happy to share that the Emergency Room at Four Corners is now open! We’re excited to not only provide the Four Corners community with healthcare services, but become a community partner as well. The facility is located West of Champions Gate in Lake County, on U.S. Highway 27, just north of Highway 192. Come check out this two-story, 40,000-square-foot freestanding emergency department and medical pavilion with an onsite laboratory, outpatient imaging and rehabilitation services.
