According to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, they are currently looking for a missing person whose circumstances fit the description below:
“Frances Swann has been very upset recently and sent texts causing her family to be concerned for her well-being. She left in her 2012 Silver Hyundai Sonata, to an unknown location. She last texted her family on Saturday, 8/10/19. Her cell phone has been off, but she was possibly in the Plant City area on 8/9/19.
