Fifty West to Open in 2019

The Clermont Economic Development has made the following announcement:

“Fifty West will be opening fall of 2019. The Class A office, retail and restaurant space will be located on Highway 50 (in between Toyota and Bluewater Car Wash).

This site will be the first building to be constructed out of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) and wrapped in glass creating a space like no other in the region.

The building designed locally by Powell Studio Architecture.”
