Two more Fires Set Monday in Umatilla as Arson Investigation Continues

The following has been released from the Office of Communications of Lake County.

Around 4 p.m. Monday evening Lake County Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire at an abandoned mobile home in the 37000 block of SR 19 in Umatilla.

When Fire crews arrived the structure was fully involved, but fire crews were able to quickly knock it down. At 4:26 p.m. fire crews responded to the Save-A-Lot on Central Avenue in Umatilla for a report of a dumpster fire in the parking lot, fire crews are actively working this fire.

No injuries were sustained in either fire. Both fires have been forwarded to the Arson Task force and the State Fire Marshal is investigating. No other information is available at this time.
